About Kristina Maxey

My work is centered on creating a grounded, supportive space where you can be fully met without pressure, expectation, or the need to have everything figured out.

You may find yourself here in a season of transition, carrying something that feels heavy, unclear, or unresolved. You don’t need to have the right words yet, just a willingness to begin.

Approach

I work intuitively and collaboratively, allowing each session to unfold based on what’s present for you. This is not about fixing or forcing change, but about creating space for clarity, integration, and reconnection with yourself, at your own pace, in a way that feels grounded and honest.

Change doesn’t happen all at once. Something shifts first, through loss, love, or a quiet knowing that there is more. That space, the in-between, the unraveling, the becoming, is where my work lives.

I support women navigating emotional overwhelm, grief, relationship shifts, spiritual awakening, and deep internal transitions that don’t always have clear language, but are deeply felt.

I offer space where you can process your experiences, reconnect with yourself, and move forward with greater clarity, trust, and self-understanding. This work is not about fixing you; it’s about helping you come home to yourself.

Creator of courses, books, and healing resources supporting women through seasons of change.

My work is rooted in both training and lived experience. I’ve walked through deep emotional and spiritual transformation which allows me to hold space in a way that feels grounded, present, and supportive.

Love has taught me that healing isn’t about becoming someone new, it’s about remembering who you are. I offer spaces and services that honor that truth, helping others find beauty in their becoming and peace in their journey home to themselves.

Like the lotus, my work has been shaped by both the light and the depths by the seasons of loss, love, and becoming. Every offering I create is born from that journey: the remembering, the rising, and the return to self. My hope is that those who find this space feel seen, supported, and reminded that healing isn’t about striving, it’s about unfolding. You already hold everything you’ve been seeking. I’m here to help you remember.
