Love has taught me that healing isn’t about becoming someone new, it’s about remembering who you are. I offer spaces and services that honor that truth, helping others find beauty in their becoming and peace in their journey home to themselves.
Like the lotus, my work has been shaped by both the light and the depths by the seasons of loss, love, and becoming. Every offering I create is born from that journey: the remembering, the rising, and the return to self. My hope is that those who find this space feel seen, supported, and reminded that healing isn’t about striving, it’s about unfolding. You already hold everything you’ve been seeking. I’m here to help you remember.
About Kristina Maxey
You don’t just wake up one day and decide to live differently. Something inside you cracks open first, through loss, love, or a whisper from your soul that says, “There’s more than this.”
I am a writer, sacred healer, and intuitive guide devoted to helping women remember their inner essence, that sacred balance between love and letting go, longing and healing, burnout and breakthrough.
My work is born from the liminal spaces, where the old falls away, and the soul begins to rise. I help women return home to themselves through truth, reflection, and gentle transformation.
I don’t offer quick fixes or policed promises. What I offer is real. Raw. Reverent. It’s for the women who love deeply, give endlessly, and are finally ready to reclaim their energy, their voice, and their power, to come home to themselves whole.

The Love That Changed Me
Much of my work has been shaped by a soul-deep connection with someone I call Celeste in my writing. Her presence awakened something within me that words can barely touch, a love that broke me open and, in time, helped me rebuild from a place of truth and devotion.
Through that connection, I learned what it means to love beyond fear and expectation, to surrender to something greater than control, timing, or outcome. It was through both the beauty and ache of that bond that I discovered what it truly means to live in devotion: to walk away from fixing and walk toward truth.
Her influence lives in every piece of my work, in the reverence I carry for love’s power to awaken, heal, and transform.
Though her presence in my life remains private, her light continues to move through everything I create, reminding me that love is the ultimate teacher, guiding us back to our truest selves.

Across every background and belief system, my intention remains the same: to offer a space of restoration, remembrance, and gentle transformation.
Why I Do What I Do
Life has taught me that healing isn’t a single moment of change; it’s a continuous unfolding. Through both triumphs and trials, I’ve learned that resilience grows quietly, in the spaces between loss and renewal. My journey through faith, love, and self-discovery deepened my commitment to helping others find that same light within themselves.
I believe in meeting people exactly where they are, honoring their stories, their timing, and their truth. My purpose is to walk beside them as they rediscover their strength, clarity, and connection to something greater than fear.
My Approach
My story began in faith, a foundation that taught me compassion, service, and the power of grace. Over time, my understanding of spirituality deepened to honor love, compassion, and the many ways healing unfolds. I’ve learned that our struggles don’t define us; it’s how we rise from them that truly matters.
Today, I advocate for a whole-body, whole-heart approach to healing, one that recognizes the connection between the mind, body, and spirit. Whether I’m guiding someone through transformation, celebrating love, or holding space for reflection, my intention remains the same: to help others find their light, their voice, and their way forward.
